Hello.

Language has always been my passion and strong suit. Not only did I always receive top grades in all my English classes while in school, but I also began learning French at the age of 9, Latin at the age of 12, and Spanish at the age of 14. I later became a tutor in French and Spanish while in high school as well as an assistant for the high school Spanish teacher. After graduation, I went to the University of South Carolina, where I graduated early and cum laude with a B.A. in International Studies and minored in Spanish. In my free time, I tutored a Burmese refugee in English and later became certified to teach English as a foreign language.

 

Upon graduating, I volunteered in Peru where I taught English, and later moved to Spain for two years to work as an English language assistant in the Spanish school system as well as in a private language academy. After moving back to the US, I continued teaching English and Spanish to students of all ages both in person and online, helping them to significantly improve their grades, study for exams, enhance their essays, get admitted into prestigious private schools, and prepare for international exams. I have also raised both my children to be bilingual and homeschooled them for several years during the COVID-19 pandemic.
